We use our Swiss buttercream for all our cakes and cupcakes however, have American style buttercream upon request. Our cakes have 3-4 layers of cake smothered with buttercream in between and stand 3" - 4.5" tall (height varies with size ordered). Please email us for an estimate of your cake vision. Pre-order required at least 7+ days prior to event, subject to availability. Less than 7 days with approval.

Our main frosting is Swiss Buttercream. Swiss buttercream is made with a cooked meringue, sweetened with sugar and finished with real butter. It's taste is a buttery frosting that is less sweet than American buttercream. American buttercream is a frosting made of sugar and butter. This type is much sweeter than Swiss buttercream. Please be sure to tell us your preference at time of ordering. If not specified, we will use Swiss buttercream.
